How does shipping work?

What is your refund policy?

If your product is damaged or there is a quality issue you'd like to bring up, please do not hesitate in contacting me. I will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied. However, please note that refunds will not be given for dissatisfaction based on personal taste. Any issues please email info@elbarbudoco.com.

How are your products made?

All products are hand made fresh by me and made ready upon order. This ensures that the products are fresh and not sitting in a store shelf. May take longer but its worth it for me to provide a fresh product instead of a mass produced one.

What is in your products?

I have carefully researched and chosen organic oils free of any harmful chemicals this is to ensure that your skin and beard are not being harmed. If you are anything like me with very easily irritable skin then you know what I am talking about. This is why I made sure non of this  products contain any harmful chemicals.

How are you testing these products?

Products are tested by myself and close family and friends.

What are the ingredients you use?

Do your products contain nuts?

Yes, the product may contain some form of nut in them from Shea Nut Oil or Shea Nut butter.

My Balm and or Butter is a little liquidy, why is that? 

Because the products are enclosed within a box for several days at a time and especially during the summer months and in warm countries. The balm and or butter may melt. All you have to do to fix this is upon opening, and it looks a little liquidy. Simply put it in the fridge for a half hour to an hour.

Why is there little particles in my balm? 

Because I am use natural organic ingredients, it is just the unfiltered natural raw material from the beeswax. This is not harmful or affect the feel and texture of the balm. 

My product came but I had to pay duty on it why? 

If you order products from outside of Canada, the products may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are imposed once the products reach their destination. I am required by law to declare full value of the products within the order.

You, as the customer are responsible for any import duties, fees, and/or taxes incurred on your own purchases. I unfortunately do not have prior warning or knowledge on whether these charges may be applied or what the value they may be when possible inspection of the package occurs. 

In failing to provide this information to customs will result in the package being returned. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any other additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes included in the shipping.

Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection but customs officials. I cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the same condition that I shipped it in.
